I've been visiting this café for over 10 years. After the new owner took over, the improvements have been remarkable—from the renovated furniture to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. New owner and team are exceptionally polite, kind, and genuinely friendly, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. The ocean view is stunning, especially in the early morning, and the coffee and food are consistently excellent. My husnand and I visit today, despite the café being very busy, a lovely customer kindly offered us her table, which reflects the wonderful community this place has created. I feel lucky to have such a special place close to home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee, delicious food, outstanding service, and one of the most beautiful views around.
I had a wonderful experience at this café, my first time here. The service was excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was superb. I want to congratulate the entire team, especially the chefs. I loved this breakfast.
Had their avo sanga, it was to die for and will defo be revisiting sometime. The moreish toast with fresh avo and veggies, along with poached eggs was the cherry on top. NGL looking at this picture is making my mouth water rn. Staff were nice and friendly, yet not overly chatty which let me really savour the food and soak up the view out there. 10/10 again, if you're around the Goldy, it's def worth paying a visit. Came today for the new menu and as expected it was delish with a generous portion, glad we came with an empty stomach haha coffee was smooth and my friend got a rabbit latte art cause easter is coming. cute gesture! the owner is a sweet man, this place deserves more coverage.

This was the best café I discovered during my 5-day trip. The service was warm, friendly, and very attentive. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and the quality was excellent for the price. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. Prices were very fair and reasonable compared to the high standard offered. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back on my next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great café experience.
Came to this cafe 3days in a row while visiting GC for the weekend. The Manager is absolutely lovely and really good at his job. They were really accomodating for gluten free to the point when taking our order the second day, The manager remembered for me and checked if I would like gluten free without me having to ask!! (My group had 6+ people too so great memory after one day)😊 (from memory the managers name was something like Razor). Each morning there was repeat customers, and new people and this was noticed by my group just over those three days - so that tells you something too. Food was really nice, good drinks too and very reasonably priced.
Fast friendly service on a busy Sunday. Food was well priced and plates were full I had Canadian breakfast. It was delicious and perfect amount of bacon, waffles, ice cream and maple syrup. My sister asked for special order and it came out exactly as requested. Lovely atmosphere and view of the Broadwater
We visited this café with our family while staying on the Gold Coast, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding — the steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the eggs were done just right, and the chips were crispy and well-seasoned. The avocado toast was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh, and the waffle with ice cream was the perfect sweet finish. Everything looked amazing and tasted even better. The atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly, and the staff were warm and attentive, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the Gold Coast. Highly recommended!
